About Me

Established 2021, The Grateful OD is about playful, eye-related designs to share the love of optometry and mindfulness. These designs are inspired by an avid hiker who found her calling in eyeballs. 

From the creator: 

I am delighted to share my creative journey with you. I like to practice daily gratitude, become an expert listener, and share all things eyes.

I graduated with a doctorate in optometry from California, completed my residency training in Oregon, and became a Diplomate through the American Board of Optometry.
